Heritage Raider Sessions
Please note that purchased tickets are collected on the day when you arrive. Bradman Museum Heritage Keepers work to capture cricketing heritage. They manage over 65,000 objects including photos, bats, trophies, uniforms, artwork, film and recorded audio files. On selected days, every school holidays our Heritage Keepers open the doors to our vault of artefacts, for visitors to book & attend a one hour talk & tour with the Museum’s Head Heritage Keeper plus a behind the scenes look. This session is called Heritage Raider.

Become a Heritage Raider to explore alongside the Heritage Keepers, as they open the vaults and welcome Raiders of all ages to discover the stories behind cricket’s Heritage Makers such as Don Bradman, Alyssa Healy and Nathan Lyon. Hold a precious artefact in your hand during this up close and personal, interactive event. Listen with your eyes during the Heritage Keepers talk and learn how past cricketing passions became traditions and why the game is so connected with Australian culture. Have fun learning about the importance of interpreting, sharing and protecting the game’s legacy. This is an awesome activity that can be shared with the whole family or just join in on your own. Fanatics can spend all day soaking up cricketing heritage including a break in play at Bradman Café. The program is running mid-week during all public school holidays at The Bradman Centre, St Jude Street, Bowral t. 02 4862 1247. Travelling by car is around 80 minutes from Sydney, 110 minutes from Canberra and 50 minutes from Wollongong. Walk in Bradman’s footsteps on the oval and don’t miss the opportunity to have your photo taken with The Don’s life size statue. Visit the Bradman Store to pick up a present or something for yourself to remember your experience at the Bradman Centre.
